Who collects it
The Krishi Ratna League (KRL) is run by KarmYog for the 21st Century and Bharatiya Krishak Samaj (BKS). They receive the information and documents you give in this coordinator application.
What we collect
Your mobile number, name, gender, date of birth, WhatsApp number and email if given, languages, home constituency, village and optional location, education, work and farming background, the area you can cover, your answers to the commitment questions and declarations, and the documents you upload: your photo, ID proof and any certificate. The voice guide hears your answers to fill the form; this site does not keep recordings or full conversation transcripts.
Why we use it
To assess you as a KRL coordinator, to invite short-listed applicants to training and the online exam, to appoint Coordinators and assign their zones, and to contact you about your application.
Who can see it
Only the KRL and BKS team working on coordinator selection. Documents are kept in private storage and are never public. If you are appointed, your name, photo, zone and constituency may be shown on the BKS website only with your separate consent. Details are not sold.
Your choices
You can change your application until its editing deadline. You can ask the team to correct your information or delete a document, or withdraw your consent, which ends your application.
How long we keep it
For the 2026–27 season and as long as needed to run the league and meet legal requirements. Documents of applicants who are not selected are deleted after selection ends.
